Our accessories are delicate and should be cared for accordingly. Each product comes in a signature protective KATYA pouch for storage when not in use.
Please note that patterned products are not identical due to the unique formations in the materials used and may not look exactly the same as on the website. Our products are handmade so each piece is unique, including the rose design.
Please protect your KATYA accessories by avoiding contact with water, fragrance, sweat, direct sunlight and prolonged heat. This will help prevent from any discolouration and will protect the adhesive.
We cannot be responsible for accidental damage or improper care of products.

Express orders delivered to the UK Mainland will be sent Via the Royal Mail 1st Class, recorded, a signature on delivery is required. Estimated arrival within 1-2 business days.
NON MAINLAND UK - £10.00
All orders delivered to Non Mainland UK will be sent Via the Royal Mail tracked International service. Estimated arrival within 3-7 business days.
EUROPE - £10.00
All orders delivered to Europe will be sent Via the Royal Mail tracked International service. Estimated arrival within 3-7 business days.
REST OF THE WORLD - £13.45
All orders delivered to USA and the rest of the world will be sent Via the Royal Mail tracked International service. Estimated arrival within 5-11 business days.

We do not take responsibility for inaccurate address submission that leads to incorrect delivery. If the order is registered as received by our shipping service but the customer claims that it has not been received, we will need to follow up with our delivery service for accurate information, we can not be held responsible for any delays or effects this may cause. Katya will not be held responsible for lost or stolen products that have been signed for at the correct address.
All orders outside of the UK are excluded of duties and tax, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct taxes are paid on arrival. If orders are returned to us as a result of not paying the appropriate imports taxes, then we will issue a refund minus any costs incurred to have this returned. We will not be able to issue a refund if the package is not returned to us.
